We are seeking an experienced IT Change Business Analyst with a strong background in Private Credit and Private Debt to help redefine the operating model for a leading financial services organization. This role involves significant engagement with implementation teams, project managers, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless systems integration and process optimization.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with eFront, Allvue, or Sentry and a proven track record in mapping out process workflows and delivering solutions that align with business strategies. Additionally, the role requires supporting the implementation of Allvue, with responsibilities extending to project management and leading the implementation process.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze, document, and redefine the operating model for Private Credit and Private Debt operations.
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure seamless system solutions delivery.
- Map and optimize process workflows, identifying areas for improvement and recommending actionable solutions.
- Provide subject matter expertise for Private Debt systems, including eFront, Allvue, and Sentry.
- Support the implementation and deployment of Allvue, taking on project management and leadership responsibilities during critical phases.
- Partner with project managers and business stakeholders to ensure deliverables align with timelines and objectives.
- Conduct user testing, oversee change management, and support post-implementation activities.
- Experience in Private Credit and Private Debt: Proven expertise in these domains, including system solutions and operational workflows.
- Technical Systems Knowledge: Hands-on experience with eFront, Allvue, or Sentry, and the ability to leverage these tools to drive system improvements.
- Change Management Expertise: Ability to drive IT change initiatives, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum value delivery.
- Process Mapping and Optimization: Skilled in identifying inefficiencies and implementing improved workflows.
