A global trading technology provider is looking to hire a Voice Solutions Engineer to support the design, deployment, and integration of voice trading solutions across complex enterprise and trading environments. This is a highly client-facing role combining deep SBC expertise with pre- and post-sales engineering support.
The Role
- Act as a technical advisor during pre-sales, providing voice architecture design and solution guidance
- Own post-sales delivery, supporting customer deployments, lab setups, and integration testing
- Design, configure, and support Oracle Session Border Controllers (Acme Packet) for SIP trunking and media relay
- Troubleshoot signalling and media issues across SIP, RTP, and VoIP infrastructures
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Support teams to represent customer requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle SBCs (physical or virtual), including configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting
- Deep understanding of SIP, SDP, RTP/SRTP, TLS, NAT traversal, and voice security concepts
- Experience integrating SBCs with PBXs, softswitches, or SIP platforms (e.g. CUCM, Asterisk, Teams Direct Routing)
- Comfortable analysing call flows, packet captures, and protocol traces
- Confident communicator in customer-facing technical environments
Nice to Have
- Oracle SBC certification
- Experience within trading floors, financial services, or regulated environments
- Exposure to cloud-hosted SBCs (AWS, Azure, OCI)
- Familiarity with voice recording, compliance logging, or RTP multicast tools
