A global multi-strategy investment firm is hiring an Execution Support Engineer to join its front-office trading technology team. This role supports mission-critical trading systems and real-time market data in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide front-office production support for electronic trading systems.
- Monitor and support real-time market data and execution workflows.
- Troubleshoot FIX connectivity, order flow, and network-related issues.
- Perform log analysis and root-cause investigations on Unix/Linux systems.
- Build simple automation scripts to improve operational efficiency.
What You Bring
- Front-office trading or execution support experience.
- Strong Unix/Linux skills and solid SQL/database knowledge.
- Good FIX protocol and order lifecycle understanding.
- Comfortable working directly with traders in high-pressure environments.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to market data platforms (Bloomberg BPIPE, Redline, SpiderRock).
