Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of AI transformation initiatives across Compliance
- Identify and implement AI-enabled solutions, including Generative AI and intelligent automation
- Redesign processes to improve efficiency, controls and decision-making
- Drive AI adoption while ensuring robust governance and regulatory compliance
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Compliance, Technology and Operations to deliver strategic change
Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience delivering AI, digital or business transformation initiatives
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, prompt engineering and workflow automation
- Strong business analysis, process improvement and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of AI governance, model risk and financial services regulation is highly desirable
