Job Title: EMEA Sales Executive – Genomics Technology
Reports To: VP of Sales, EMEA
Location: Remote
Travel Requirement: 70% across EMEA
Role Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, deal-closing sales professional to take ownership of driving sales for a next-generation size selection technology across the EMEA region. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role suited for someone who thrives on generating leads, building a strong pipeline, and closing deals. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, converting prospects, and accelerating adoption of innovative genomic tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned product portfolio across EMEA.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through proactive outreach, lead nurturing, and market engagement.
- Drive the full sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure.
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies in collaboration with regional leadership.
- Partner with field and inside sales teams to enable and energize efforts around the product portfolio.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers, influencers, and thought leaders to increase product visibility and adoption.
- Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation and targeted outreach.
- Provide market insights to internal teams to support product development and strategic planning.
- Represent the company at key industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data, forecasts, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and quality standards and policies.

Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Biological Sciences or a related field.
- 2–5 years of sales experience in the genomics or life sciences sector, including capital equipment sales.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, closing deals, and surpassing sales targets.
- Fluency in English.
- Willingness to travel up to 70% across EMEA.
- Experience selling into laboratory environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with international sales.
- Strong technical understanding of next-generation sequencing (NGS) or gene synthesis workflows.
- Experience working in matrixed or cross-functional organizations.
- Background in selling to pharma, academic research, or clinical genomics labs
