The Role
Our client is seeking a Coagulation Sales Specialist to join a dedicated field-based Sales Team. The role is responsible for managing an established customer base while expanding the organisation’s haemostasis and thrombosis portfolio across the North UK territory.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Managing the full sales cycle for blood analyser systems, reagents, and related solutions
- Delivering product presentations and demonstrations to clinical and laboratory stakeholders
- Analysing sales performance and responding to tender and procurement requirements
- Monitoring market trends and providing structured market intelligence and reporting
Comprehensive product training will be provided. Candidates should demonstrate a strong scientific background and a proven track record in sales. Prior experience or knowledge within haemostasis, haematology, or laboratory diagnostics would be advantageous. Due to the travel requirements of this role, applicants must reside within the territory or be willing to relocate.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant scientific, biomedical, or healthcare-related discipline
- Experience within laboratory diagnostics or medical devices is desirable
- Previous field-based sales experience preferred
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently
