I\’m keen to chat with experienced Chefs about an opportunity in the Darlington region. This Lead Chef position will suit an experienced Chef who likes to work with fresh seasonal ingredients. This role is in a modern kitchen environment working under an Experienced Exec Chef and is based around daytime straight shifts 5 days over 7.

Responsibilities

• Lead Chef in a modern kitchen environment working under an Experienced Exec Chef; responsible for working with fresh seasonal ingredients and maintaining high culinary standards. Shifts are daytime straight shifts, 5 days over 7.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef required; leadership experience preferred for a Lead Chef role.
