I\’m keen to speak with experienced, hands on Head Housekeepers who are interested in relocating to a semi rural Luxury 5 Star property in the North of the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a housekeeping team in a luxury 5 Star environment, ensuring high standards across all rooms and public spaces.
• Work closely with the Housekeeping Director and your team to maintain and enhance the property\’s stunning environment.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Provide guidance and support to the team to uphold service excellence and efficiency.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Very strong attention to detail, excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Previous exposure at a 5 Star Luxury level.
• Proven experience managing a large team.
• Willingness to relocate to a semi rural location in the North of the UK.

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic salary up to 48k.
• Relocation considerations may be applicable.
• Transport is advantageous due to semi remote location.
