We're working with a well‑established SAP consulting partner to find an exceptional Sales Director to lead their go‑to‑market strategy across a broad SAP portfolio – including Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), S/4HANA Digital Core Transformation, and SAP Intelligent Technologies (BTP, Process Mining, Signavio, Automation). This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership role at a business with genuine momentum, working directly with the Managing Director and Practice leadership to shape the next stage of growth.

The Role

As Sales Director, you'll own the end‑to‑end sales strategy – from pipeline development and ecosystem engagement through to leading complex, high‑value deal pursuits and closing long‑term consulting partnerships. You’ll lead and grow a Business Development team, build a high‑performance sales culture, and position the business as a trusted SAP transformation partner at the C‑suite level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute sales strategy across EAM, Digital Core and Intelligent Technology practices
  • Drive year‑on‑year revenue growth through new client acquisition and account expansion
  • Build and manage a strong, predictable enterprise sales pipeline
  • Lead, mentor and scale a Sales and Business Development team
  • Establish sales governance, forecasting and reporting frameworks
  • Build and maintain C‑level relationships across enterprise accounts
  • Lead strategic SAP consulting deal pursuits from opportunity to close
  • Develop and maintain strong SAP ecosystem relationships (AEs, Partner Managers)
  • Identify and develop opportunities through SAP RISE, GROW, BTP and S/4HANA programmes
  • Oversee winning proposals, RFP responses and commercial strategies
  • Drive expansion into new sectors, services and geographies

Qualifications

  • 10‑12+ years in enterprise technology sales, ideally within SAP consulting or a system integrator
  • Proven track record of winning large SAP consulting engagements
  • Experience leading or building sales teams in an SAP or enterprise technology services environment
  • Deep understanding of S/4HANA, EAM, BTP and digital transformation programmes
  • Demonstrable ability to engage and influence C‑suite stakeholders
  • Strong background in strategic account management and complex commercial negotiation
