SAP VIM Lead (S/4HANA)
Hybrid – 3dpw Onsite in London
600 – 700pd
We are seeking an experienced SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) Consultant to join a long-term S/4HANA programme. This role will be responsible for the design, configuration, and delivery of the VIM solution within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
Responsibilities:

Lead workshops to define the detailed design of the P2P/VIM solution

Translate business requirements into functional specifications, interface mappings, and configuration documents
-
Configure OpenText VIM and S/4HANA according to agreed design standards
-
Ensure seamless process integration by collaborating with client teams, internal teams, and third-party partners
-
Update and amend Business Process Documents (BPDs) as required
-
Conduct unit and functional testing, and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Provide best practice consultancy and advise on training and change management for SAP VIM
-
Support data migration mapping and participate in cutover planning and execution

Deliver SAP Vendor Invoice Managment solution knowledge transfer and support hypercare activities post go-live
Your Experience:

Strong understanding of Procurement and Finance processes related to P2P and VIM

Proven experience delivering SAP VIM solutions across multiple lifecycles

Hands-on expertise with OpenText VIM and SAP S/4HANA
-
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams
-
Strong communication, workshop facilitation, and relationship management skills
-
Experience delivering solutions in complex, matrixed environments

Exposure to the retail sector

Experience with Cogent Scanning & Processing solutions
