SAP VIM Lead (S/4HANA) Hybrid – 3dpw Onsite in London £600 – £700pd We are seeking an experienced SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) Consultant to join a long-term S/4HANA programme. This role will be responsible for the design, configuration, and delivery of the VIM solution within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. Responsibilities: Lead workshops to define the detailed design of the P2P/VIM solution Translate business requirements into functional specifications, interface mappings, and configuration documents Configure OpenText VIM and S/4HANA according to agreed design standards Ensure seamless process integration by collaborating with client teams, internal teams, and third-party partners Update and amend Business Process Documents (BPDs) as required Conduct unit and functional testing, and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Provide best practice consultancy and advise on training and change management for SAP VIM Support data migration mapping and participate in cutover planning and execution Deliver SAP Vendor Invoice Management solution knowledge transfer and support hypercare activities post go-live Your Experience: Strong understanding of Procurement and Finance processes related to P2P and VIM Proven experience delivering SAP VIM solutions across multiple lifecycles Hands-on expertise with OpenText VIM and SAP S/4HANA Demonstrated ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams Strong communication, workshop facilitation, and relationship management skills Experience delivering solutions in complex, matrixed environments Exposure to the retail sector Experience with Cogent Scanning & Processing solutions If you or someone you know of might be interested, please contact (phone number removed) and ask for Ben
