We are looking for a Production Line Manager to join our team! In this hands-on role, you’ll take ownership of a production line, guiding your team to meet targets safely, efficiently and with a focus on continuous improvement. Your leadership will support both business performance and personal growth, fostering a culture where safety, quality and job satisfaction go hand in hand.
As part of our wider Production team, you’ll collaborate with your team, Team Leaders, Production Managers and other departments to keep everything running smoothly. Together, you’ll work towards shared goals in a supportive, inclusive and forward-thinking environment.
