As Sous Chef, you will support the Chef Manager in delivering a high-quality dining experience by preparing nutritious, varied and well-balanced meals that reflect residents' individual preferences, dietary requirements and nutritional needs. You will play a key role in ensuring every meal is prepared and presented to the highest standards while creating an enjoyable mealtime experience. Working closely with the Chef Manager, you will assist with menu planning, catering for special events and celebrations, monitoring catering budgets and responding positively to resident feedback. You will also ensure kitchen equipment is maintained, report faults promptly and maintain compliance with HACCP, Health & Safety, COSHH and infection prevention procedures.
