What a HousekeepingTeam Leader does at our Hotel:
- To deputise in the absence of Head Housekeeper:
- Checking rooms
- Placing orders
- Checking public areas
- Assigning team duties
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered all times in line with our core values and standards.
- Work as part of a team and be happy to assist in other areas as necessary
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
