The Role
As Managerin Training, you will support the General Manager in creating a restaurantenvironment where the team is inspired to care about what they do through motivating,training and leading by example all the way.
You will coach your team tofulfil their full potential ensuring you and your team embrace our core values,‘Care, Community and Connection’.
As a new Rockfish Manager inTraining, you will be supported by a structured training plan, and wecontinuously develop your skills for a fulfilling career with us.
Will be required to supervise the serving of alcohol.
You will be required to have at least oneyears’ experience as a Server or at Supervisor level in a similar restaurant environment.
You will have a flexibleapproach to working hours, able to support the business when it’s at itsbusiest.
