The Hand and Spear in Weybridge is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our British gastro pub team. You will lead a hands-on kitchen, create and refine menus, and drive daily specials while ensuring guests receive top-quality, fresh seasonal dishes in a welcoming setting.
Based in a boutique hotel with a busy bar and event spaces, you will work closely with the Head Chef to design, train, and execute menus, while managing rota and health & safety in a fast-paced environment.
