We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Valet to join our esteemed Housekeeping team at the Ham Yard Hotel. As a Valet, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our hotel, ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless and comfortable stay.
Responsibilities
- Assist inthe daily operations of the Housekeeping department.
- Performlaundry duties, including washing, drying, ironing, and pressing.
- Handlesewing tasks and minor garment repairs as needed.
- Organiseand manage team members uniforms, ensuring they are clean and presentable.
- Maintaina high level of cleanliness and organisation in the laundry area.
- Flexiblyrespond to the needs of the department and use your initiative to solveproblems.
What you Need
- Provenexperience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment in the housekeeping departament
- Abilityto work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strongorganisational and communication skills.
- A passionfor providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Abilityto work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating cooperation andflexibility.
