The base hourly rate for this role is £12.71 per hour, plusservice charge.

The Meetings & Events team at The Belfry brings our stylish event spaces to life, hosting everything from intimate board meetings to grand weddings and large-scale corporate events. About therole
As a Meeting& Events Bars Assistant, you will be part of the team delivering barservice within our event spaces, ensuring every guest enjoys a smooth,professional and welcoming experience.
As a Meeting& Events Bars Assistant, your duties include:
- Preparingand serving drinks to guests during meetings, conferences and events
- Providingfriendly, attentive and efficient service throughout each event
- Setting upand breaking down bar areas to meet event requirements
- Maintaininghigh standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation at all times
- Supportingdifferent event spaces as required to meet the needs of the business
About you
Previousexperience in a bar or events environment would be beneficial, but it’s notessential. What matters most is your attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn. Full training will be provided to help you succeed in the role.
