The role… We are seeking an exceptional Meetings & Events Assistant to support the M&E team on functions and events around the hotel. As a Meetings & Events Assistant you will be required to assist with room set up and food & beverage service throughout the event including corporate, weddings and private functions. Previous experience within an operational events role would be desirable, although full training will be given.
