Parogon is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to help steer busy kitchen operations and deliver outstanding dishes that will delight guests at our Staffordshire sites. You will work closely with the Head Chef and General Manager to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency in every service.
Lead and develop a diverse kitchen team, mentor junior chefs, train on recipes and procedures, and uphold strict hygiene and food safety standards.
