Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Waiting Staff for the upcoming Festive Season. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering excellent service, ensuring our customers have a positive and enjoyable experience from the moment they walk in the door. Key Responsibilities
- Waiting Staff:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages to customers with attention to detail.
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Provide recommendations and answer customer inquiries about the menu.
- Process payments and manage cash/credit transactions.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in a hospitality role is preferred but not required.
- A friendly and approachable demeanour with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering great service.
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
