We are on the hunt for a talented, ambitious Chef de Partie who lives and breathes food — someone confident in European cuisine and excited to work in a vibrant, high-energy restaurant where quality and creativity come first.

The Role – Chef de Partie
You will take ownership of your section, delivering beautifully executed dishes with consistency, precision, and flair. We are looking for someone who understands flavour, seasonality, and presentation — and who takes pride in every plate leaving the pass.
This is a full-time position (40-hour contract).
Salary: £15.77 per hour
Contract: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Holidays: 28-30 days per year (increasing with service)
Requirement: Full right to work in the UK
What We're Looking For:
Strong experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality-driven kitchen
Solid background in European cuisine (essential)
Knowledge of Korean and Japanese cuisine is a bonus
Passion for creating high-quality dishes with attention to detail
Calm under pressure in a fast-paced service
Highly motivated, proactive, and hands-on
A supportive team player who works closely with the Head Chef
