As the Room Service Supervisor, you will playa pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our room servicedepartment. You will collaborate with senior management and team members toensure the highest levels of customer service, consistently exceeding ourguests' expectations. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining ourreputation for excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily management and operation of the room servicedepartment.
- Establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with ourguests, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service.
- Address and resolve guest complaints, effectively communicating with theFood and Beverage Manager to implement improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and companystandards.
- Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to deliver seamless andhigh-quality service.
- Ensure the completion of daily tasks and uphold the company's standardsof excellence.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment, promoting staffretention and development.
What you Need:
- Previous experience as an F&B Supervisor in a fast-paced, luxuryvenue.
- A strong passion for Food and Beverage, with extensive knowledge ofquality products and ingredients.
- Proven experience in managing, leading, motivating, and developing ateam.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every aspect of service meetsour high standards.
