Situated in the heart of exclusive Belgravia, it uniquely presents the sophisticated grills of India infused with subtle, complex flavours, cooked in a theatrical open kitchen & surrounded by dramatic interiors.
The main purpose of the role will be to assist the restaurant team by ensuring the smooth running of service, greeting the guests and answering all queries. Part-time 20-25 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Receptionist Duties:
- Deal with enquiries in a polite and professional manner
- Answer calls correctly and efficiently
- Meet and greet customers and visitors
- Efficient allocation of seating arrangements
- Ensure menu booklets are readily available and in presentable order
- Administration Duties:
- Update, modify and maintain the booking system
- Input information and data by adhering to data protection policies
- General ad-hoc duties when required
Key Requirements
- Experience in a high-end restaurant is preferable
- Strong customer service attitude
- Excellent communication skills and total fluency in English are essential
- Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Computer literate with the ability to input data accurately
