Mount Royal Hotel Edinburghby the Unlimited Collection is seeking a charming and engaging Reservations Agentwith a passion for service excellence on a temporary basis.You will report to theReservation Manager, working towards providing our guests with memorable experiences of the hotel.
The Reservations Agentwill:
- Bet the main point of contact for booking rooms, dealing in a professional and efficient manner in line with Company standards
- Ensure accurate information is entered into our PMS for bookings
- Respond to and deal with enquiries through all channels within the specified time limits for the team
- Work towards maximising revenue through up-selling and cross-selling
To be successful in the role of Reservations Agent, we require:
- Experience in customer service
- Hospitality related qualification desirable
- Customer focused
- Proficient IT user
- Excellent communication skills
