Inn Collection Group is seeking an Operations Chef to support inns across the North East, North Yorkshire and the Lake District. You will work with Head Chefs and kitchen teams to raise standards, coaching during peak trading, and ensuring fast, high-quality service.
You will build strong relationships, lead kitchen pass work during busy periods, identify gaps, and drive improvements in cost control, stock management, and food quality while supporting recruitment and audits.
