Village is seeking a Pub and Grill Team Leader to act as the operational right hand to the Manager, leading shifts in the pub and supporting all F&B areas when needed. You’ll run pre-shift briefings, champion our social media presence, and keep the team focused on hospitality and commercial targets.
You’ll coach the team, develop product knowledge, train new starters, and model behaviours that create a great environment for guests and staff.
