The Role
As a Porter, you will play an important role in ensuring our guests receive a warm welcome and seamless experience throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests with luggage and room orientation.
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide assistance as required.
- Support reception and concierge teams.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest-facing areas.
- Deliver items and amenities to guest rooms.
- Provide excellent service and local knowledge to guests.
About You
- Friendly, professional, and guest-focused.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Well-presented with a positive attitude.
- Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not essential.
