What willthe role involve?
- - Ensuringstaffing levels are adequate for the shift and any issues are addressed in atimely manner
- - Anticipatingclient needs wherever possible and react to these to enhance clientsatisfaction
- - Flexibilityto assist within other areas of the restaurant
- - Briefingthe front of house team to ensure they have clear targets on customersatisfaction and upselling
- - Maintainingclear communication with the kitchen team to ensure they are ready for serviceand products are available
