We are looking for a talented and motivated Line Chef to join our restaurant at The Dragonfly Hotel in Peterborough.
We will be responsible for cooking our rotating menu to a high standard, ensuring every dish is delivered with consistency and care. Experience in a hotel or pub kitchen would be an advantage.

Qualifications

  • Excellent food presentation skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure
  • The ability to deliver food high standards consistently
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • High standards of health and food hygiene
  • Clear communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and cooking items on the menu on rotation
  • Managing and ordering in stock, storing, labelling and rotating
  • The cleaning and maintaining of equipment
  • Complying to food safety and other regulations and rules as set out by the business
  • Keeping wastage to a minimum
