The Role
We are looking for a dedicated Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team and help ensure our guest bedrooms are maintained to the highest standards.
As a Room Attendant, you will play an important role in creating an exceptional guest experience by ensuring every bedroom is clean, comfortable, well presented, and ready for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest bedrooms and bathrooms to a consistently high standard.
- Make beds and change bed linen and towels as required.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and clean all bedroom and bathroom areas.
- Replenish guest amenities and supplies.
- Ensure bedrooms are presented in line with THE NICI's standards.
- Identify and report maintenance issues, damage, or missing items.
- Handle guest belongings with care and respect guest privacy at all times.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and housekeeping trolleys to a high standard.
- Complete assigned rooms within the required timeframes while maintaining quality.
- Follow health, safety, hygiene, and housekeeping procedures.
- Support the wider Housekeeping team when required.
About You
- Excellent attention to detail.
- High standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Reliable, hardworking, and professional.
- Able to work efficiently while maintaining high standards.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is desirable but not essential.
