What you'll be doing
- Ensuring guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are clean, tidy, and presented to brand standards
- Making beds, changing linens, and replenishing amenities
- Cleaning bathrooms, floors, windows, and surfaces to the highest standards
- Reporting maintenance issues or damage promptly
- Supporting a safe, organised, and hygienic working environment
- Assisting with laundry, stock control, and housekeeping supplies
- Working closely with other team members to deliver a seamless guestexperience
- Upholding the Rick Stein commitment to cleanliness, professionalism, andguest satisfaction
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, orhospitality (helpful but not essential – we'll train the right person)
- A positive, reliable, and proactive approach
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and busy periods
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation

Our admin and operational support teams play a key part in the smooth running of the business; joining all the dots and planning ahead.Our housekeeping team play a key role in looking after our guest accommodation and public areas across our sites in Padstow. This includes keeping these areas clean and tidy to ensure that our guests have a great experience when staying with us.
