What you'll be doing as an Oyster Shucker:
- Expertly shuck and prepare oysters safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.
- Ensure oysters and shellfish are stored, handled and presented in line with food safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic oyster station throughout service.
- Share your knowledge of oysters and shellfish with guests, answering questions and making recommendations where appropriate.
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Consistently deliver exceptional quality and presentation.
About you, our new Oyster Shucker:
