The Headland Hotel is seeking a passionate, talented, and driven Senior Chef de Partie to join our team in Renmor - our elegant, AA Two Rosette restaurant that celebrates the best of the Cornish harvest. Here, we live and breathe our core values: delivering effortless, elevated hospitality rooted in heritage with heart, while always putting our Cornish community first.

Working alongside a hardworking and motivated brigade, you will champion a truly sustainable approach to cooking, transforming the finest locally landed seafood and seasonal produce into unforgettable dishes. If you have a sharp eye for detail, a desire to mentor junior chefs, and a passion for Cornish produce whilst working with a backdrop of breathtaking Atlantic views, your next chapter starts here.

Salary and Contract

This is a full-time permanent position based on a 48-hour working week including weekends and bank holidays. In line with UK Immigration and Employment Law, only applicants eligible to live and work in the UK need apply. Proof of ID will be required in the form of a Passport, National Identity Card or Birth Certificate.
