What Will My Role Involve?

Leading shifts when the managersaren’tthereand supporting the management when they are

Delivering inspiring shift briefs that motivate your team

Supporting the achievement ofthe restaurant’s targets

Keeping tight controls on cash,stockand consumables

Modelling excellent guest servicefrom delivering it to resolving complaints effectively
-
Keeping the restaurant and kitchen sparklingly clean at all times
-
Creating efficientshift plans thatmeet the needs ofthat shift

Bringing Front of House and Back of House togetherto deliver perfect quality food at pace

Being a brand advocate and supporting excellent execution of all product launches, promotions etc.

Getting ‘stuck in’ on shifts wherever you are needed

Supporting community involvement proactively
