A bit about what you will be doing:

As the Restaurant Marketing Manager at The Evolv Collection, you will be a key member of the marketing team responsible for driving brand awareness, covers, and revenue across a collection of brands and restaurants. This is a dynamic role, combining creativity with strategic thinking and collaboration as well as acting as the brand guardian for your sites. You’ll work closely with the wider marketing team and Head of Marketing to craft innovating marketing campaigns and activations for your restaurants, as well as executing the group wide marketing campaign for key calendar dates and events throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual and monthly marketing plans, including tactical campaigns that drive brand awareness, consideration and covers.
  • Report on the ROI of marketing campaigns as well as creating P&L’s to track and monitor performance.
  • Act as the brand guardian, ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand identity.
  • Manage and create digital and physical content assets, including imagery, videos, and POS materials for use across the customer journey.
  • Work with the digital marketing team to develop and implement a digital marketing strategy, covering paid advertising, database acquisition and retention, website performance, and other third-party channels.
  • Manage and optimise social media campaigns for restaurants, including content creation, influencer partnerships, and community management.
  • Support on the PR strategy for your restaurant, led by the Head of Marketing and PR manager.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the local community to enhance trade through grassroots marketing opportunities.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years marketing experience, ideally within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven experience in brand and campaign management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • An understanding of UK restaurant scene.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a keen eye for detail.
  • A team player and a proactive problem solver.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends at events where required.
