We are currently recruiting for a Bar Back to join the iconic May Far Bar at the May Fair Hotel.
- An amazing opportunity to join the team in the bar at The May Fair Bar as a bar back.
- You will be working in a fast paced operation therefore speed and attention to detail are critical.
- You will support the bar team by ensuring that the correct mis en place is in place at the beginning of every shift. This includes preparation for all cocktails, a fully stocked bar and enough glassware for the opening of the shift.
- You will then ensure that the bar is fully maintained at all times so that bar tenders do not run out of items.
- You will ensure that the bar area is kept clean and tidy and free of obstructions at all times.
About You:
- Previous bar back experience of working in a high-end liquor led bar operation is ideal. Training will however be provided.
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Impeccable command of English both written and spoken.
- Understands the value of teamwork and works well with others.
