Village is seeking a Pub and Grill Team Leader to be the operational right hand to the Manager. You will lead shifts, run pre-shift briefings, and champion our social media while keeping the team focused on hospitality and commercial targets.
You will primarily lead the Pub and Grill but may support other F&B areas during busy periods, coaching staff and driving guest experiences to meet quality and service standards.
