We’re looking for Seasonal Launcher & Siting Operatives to join our friendly team at The Warren Holiday Resort, Haulfryn’s flagship luxury destination in beautiful Abersoch. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys physical, practical work and being part of a team that keeps one of the UK’s most prestigious holiday resorts running smoothly. You’ll help with the launch and recovery of boats and the siting of luxury holiday lodges, ensuring everything is completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with the launch, recovery, and towing of boats and trailers
  • Support the siting and positioning of holiday lodges and caravans
  • Operate park vehicles and equipment safely (training provided)
  • Carry out daily checks on vehicles, equipment, and the launch area
  • Work as part of a wider team to maintain high standards across the resort
  • Follow all health & safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
  • Provide professional, friendly service to guests and lodge owners

Who We’re Looking For

  • Enjoys working outdoors and as part of a hands-on team
  • Confident operating machinery or keen to learn (training provided)
  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
  • Towing experience desirable
  • Physically fit and comfortable working in changing weather conditions
  • Reliable, safety-conscious, and motivated to learn new skills
  • Previous experience in marine, maintenance, or outdoor work (preferred, not essential)

Beneficial to already have training in the following areas, however full training can be provided for the right candidate:

  • RYA Powerboat Level 2 Certificate
  • Tractor & Trailer Handling
  • Telehandler Operator
  • Banksman / Vehicle Marshalling
  • Caravan Siting & De-Siting
  • Water Safety Awareness
