KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare a variety of sandwiches andsalads.
- Being a team player assist andsupport in all areas of restaurant when needed
- Makes dressings and sauces forsandwiches and pastries.
- Ensures sandwich display ispresentable for internal and external customers
- Completes various reports for recordssuch as; production, usage and waste
- Order product and materials, asnecessary
- Maintains daily par levels andrestocks station orders set up orders
- Demonstrates knowledge of the brandand menu items
- Inform supervisor when equipment isnot working properly and when food supplies are getting low.
- Clean and sanitizes refrigerator,freezer and storage; work areas (counters/floors), equipment, containers,utensils and dishes.
- Receive stock and store food indesignated containers and storage areas in an organized manner

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
- Ability to start at 5:00 AM
- Minimum of 1 year of food-handling orrelated experience
- Basic knowledge of food preparationand knife handling
