Rockfish Junior Sous Chef opportunity in one of the UK’s premier coastal dining groups. Base salary is £31.5k per annum with approximately £4k tronc per annum, plus tips and overtime.
Role involves 5 days across a 7-day rota, lunch and dinner shifts, and opportunities to progress within the company across locations. You’ll benefit from Christmas off, a pension, a four-week sabbatical after 10 years, birthdays off, and 28 days paid holiday pro‑rata.
