Set within 12 acres of serene countryside, the hotel offers 126 stylish rooms and suites, an award-winning spa, and a range of exceptional dining experiences. We are now seeking a motivated and proactive HR coordinator to support our HR function. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to grow their HR career within the luxury hospitality sector, helping us to attract and retain exceptional talent across the business.
Your role in our Family:
- Support the full recruitment lifecycle by conducting pre-screening calls
- Support at interviews where required ensuring a positive experience for all candidates
- Manage the onboarding process, issuing uniform, locker and staff keys, badges and any other requirement for their role
- Full uniform management
- Support employee performance meetings
- Assist in employee benefits and rewards
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives including staff events

- Previous administration experience is preferable
- Friendly, approachable, and confident communicating with people at all levels
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time-management skills
- A proactive team player with a passion for supporting others
- Strong administrative and IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office
