What You’ll Do
As a Grounds Person, you will:
- Carryout grounds maintenanceto the highest standards, includingmowing, trimming, hedge cutting, weed spraying, gritting, and generalgardening
- Identifyand proactively resolve grounds issuesacrosspark and communal areas to uphold high presentation standards
- Workwithin a teamto maintain the park’s appearanceand functionality, supporting development projects as needed
- FollowHealth & Safety policies and procedurestoensure a safe working environment for staff, guests, and owners
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking anenthusiastic,hands-on team playerwho enjoys working outdoors and takes pride intheir work. Ideally, you’ll have:
- Experiencein grounds maintenance, including mowing, hedge cutting, andgeneral landscaping
- Apracticalapproach
- Avalid full UK driving licence
- AwarenessofHealth & Safety regulationsand a commitment toworking safely
- Excellentcustomerservice skillswith a friendly and proactive attitude
- Experiencewith grounds maintenance equipmentisbeneficial (spraying or tree work qualifications are a plus, but trainingwill be provided if needed)
