Village is seeking a Night Team Leader to be the engine of the night shift. You will run the overnight audit, conduct security checks, and ensure the building stays compliant while supporting guests and team members until dawn.
You will motivate a busy night team, assist with rotas to manage wage costs, and train new starters to ensure a seamless handover to the early Duty Manager for a strong day start.
