We are seeking a dedicated Gardener to join our team at Middleton Lodge. Based in the scenic countryside near Richmond, North Yorkshire. You will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of our estate's gardens and landscapes. Job Description
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance the estate's gardens and landscaped areas using hand tools, power tools, and irrigation systems.
- Implement horticultural practices to promote healthy plant growth.
- Assist with landscape maintenance activities to ensure aesthetic appeal.
- Support seasonal planting, pruning, and lawn care tasks.
- Monitor garden health and report any issues promptly.
- Follow safety procedures when operating gardening equipment.
- Collaborate with the estate team to achieve landscaping goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and irrigation systems.
- Strong knowledge of plant care and garden design principles.
