Discoverthe role
Weare looking for a Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. The idealcandidate will need to be self-motivated and well organised, with goodcommunications skills and a clear understanding of what the business and yourHead of Department expects. The role does involve working shiftsincluding weekends and evenings. A positive and flexible attitude towardsyour work is helpful as is a desire to work at the highest possiblestandards.
Whatyou’ll be doing
- Assist to ensure good communication of information between theFront Office, reservations and the housekeeping team
- To clean all bedrooms and public rooms within the hotel arepresented and maintained to the highest standard
- To be responsible for correct storage of all linen and deal withsending and returning of linen to the agreed linen company
- To ensure lost and found items are dealt with as per companyprocedures
- To ensure all housekeeping orders/delivery notes etc. are dealtwith in the correct manner following company procedures
