We are excited to recruit for this pivotal Events Marketing Associate role to ensure the continued growth and elevation of our brand presence. You will serve as a key player in event execution and a trusted partner to the wider marketing team, playing a key role in delivering memorable, on-brand experiences and driving an integrated marketing function.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Events Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events and awards programmes, whilst also supporting broader marketing activity across multiple channels. Your responsibilities will include:

  • End-to-End Event Management: Planning and managing the full delivery of conferences, webinars, exhibitions, roundtables, and networking evenings.
  • Logistics & Operations: Liaising with external suppliers, venues, production agencies, and AV teams while managing event budgets, tracking expenditure, and reporting on ROI.
  • Awards Programme Management: Researching industry awards, project-managing the entry process with internal stakeholders, and writing compelling submissions that showcase our achievements.
  • Campaign & Digital Support: Assisting with integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid channels, and content, alongside creating collateral like brochures and presentations.
  • Stakeholder & Delegate Communication: Managing CRM updates and delegate communications before, during, and after events, as well as coordinating finalist, winner, and associated PR activities.
  • On-Site Execution: Attending and supporting on-site event delivery, which includes occasional evening and weekend work.

More About You: What Can You Bring?

We are looking for an individual who is driven and creative with a proven track record of coordinating and delivering events from concept to completion. You will be passionate about delivering successful outcomes and possess:

  • 2-4 years' experience in a marketing role, with demonstrable exposure to events, awards, and general marketing activity.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, particularly in writing and editing compelling awards submissions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities, deadlines, and maintain records of outcomes and key learnings.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience using marketing automation and CRM platforms (such as HubSpot and Salesforce), Google Suite, and event management tools like Eventbrite.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality output and proactive problem-solving.
  • B2B and Design Exposure (Desirable): Experience with B2B marketing, basic design skills using Canva, and familiarity with Google Analytics are highly desired.
  • An ambitious and self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to grow with a company.

When and Where You'll Be Doing It

Employment Type: Full-time position. Travel: Travel will be required for on-site event delivery, including occasional evening and weekend work.
