The Mole Resort is seeking an experienced F&B Team Leader to organise, prepare and deliver events with support from the Food and Beverage Manager. You will coordinate with the sales team, work with the on-site F&B team and ensure guest requirements are met.
In this role you will set up function rooms, supervise service staff and maintain Health and Safety and Food Safety standards. A positive, organised approach and strong communication are essential.
