- A strong passion for Cycle and Group Exercise
- A sense of fun, professionalism, musicality and energy
- Personality, showmanship and the ability to captivate and inspire members
- Level 2 Fitness Qualification
- Experience teaching classes in a gym or studio setting (current or previous)
