Oakland Care is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our friendly team at Harpenden Springs, Harpenden. You will work with the Head Chef to create nutritious, tasty meals tailored to residents' dietary needs.
You will support menu planning, ensure food hygiene and safety, supervise kitchen staff, and help manage stock and orders. The role is a permanent, 40-hour week with days across 7 days.
